The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) is an international organization that develops technologies to lead the Web to its full potential through the creation of standards to ensure the future growth of the Web.

Since 2003 CTIC has been the host of the W3C Spanish Office. The main function of world Offices is to encourage the use of W3C standards among developers and users, as well as promoting the membership of key organizations for the creation of future recommendations.
